Management principles
These are the five promises that JushinAVT will keep in its effort to fulfill its social responsibilities.

1. Comply with laws and ethics

1-1 Respect individual dignity and diversity
– Respect the basic human rights of all people
– Forced labor, wage exploitation, and child labor are not permitted under any circumstances.
– We do not discriminate against all stakeholders, including customers and employees, based on nationality, race, gender, religion, etc.

1-2 Compete fairly in accordance with the law and business ethics
– Comply with various laws and regulations of the country and local community, respect the market competition order, and compete in a fair manner.
– Do not gain unfair advantage through unfair means that deviate from commercial ethics.
– Do not give or receive quid pro quo gifts, money, or entertainment during business activities.

1-3 Maintain accounting transparency through accurate accounting records
– Accurately record and manage all company transactions so that all stakeholders can objectively understand business activities
– Comply with accounting-related laws and regulations of each country and internationally accepted accounting standards
– We faithfully disclose major management matters and corporate information, including the company’s financial changes, in accordance with the law.

1-4 Do not intervene in politics and remain neutral
– Respect individual suffrage and political opinions, but do not engage in political activities within the company.
– Do not use the company’s funds, personnel, facilities, etc. for political purposes.
– Do not provide money or valuables such as illegal donations.

2. Maintain a clean organizational culture

2-1 Strictly distinguish between public and private affairs in all business activities
– In case of conflict between the interests of the company and the individual, the legitimate interests of the company shall take priority.
– Do not use the company’s assets or your position to seek personal gain, and do not engage in any wrongdoing, such as embezzlement or misappropriation of company assets.
– Do not trade in securities, such as buying or selling stocks, using information acquired in the course of your duties.

2-2 Protect and respect the intellectual property of the company and others
– Internal intellectual property and confidential information are not leaked to the outside without prior permission or approval.
– Respect the intellectual property of others and do not engage in any infringing acts such as unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or modification.

2-3 Create a healthy organizational atmosphere
– Do not use any words or actions that harm healthy co-worker relationships, such as sexual harassment, financial transactions, or violence.
– Do not form factions or private organizations that cause discomfort within the organization.
– Establish labor-management relations of coexistence and co-prosperity based on mutual trust and smooth communication.

3. Respect customers, shareholders, and employees

3-1 Make customer satisfaction the priority value of management activities
– Provide products and services that meet customer needs and expectations in a timely manner.
– Treat customers with a sincere heart and kind attitude, and humbly accept customer suggestions and complaints.
– Respect and protect customers’ reputation and information

3-2 Pursuing shareholder value-centered management
– Provide long-term profits to shareholders through reasonable investment and improvement of management efficiency.
– Generate stable profits and improve the market value of the company through sound management activities.
– Respect shareholders’ rights, legitimate demands and opinions

3-3 We strive to improve the “quality of life” of our employees
– Provide equal opportunities to all employees and treat them fairly according to their abilities and performance.
– We encourage employees’ continuous self-development and actively support the improvement of competencies necessary for work performance.
– Create a working environment where people can work autonomously and creatively.

4. We value the environment, safety and health

4-1 Pursuing environmentally friendly management
– Comply with international standards, related laws, and internal regulations related to environmental protection.
– We constantly strive to protect the environment in all business activities, including development, production, and sales.
– Take the lead in efficient use of resources, including recycling of resources

4-2 We value human safety and health
– Comply with safety-related international standards, related laws, internal regulations, etc.
– Prevent safety accidents by following safety rules and creating a pleasant working environment.
– We strive to not provide products or services that may harm human health and safety.

5. Fulfill social responsibility as a global corporate citizen

5-1 We faithfully carry out basic responsibilities as a corporate citizen.
– We strive to increase trust in the company by fulfilling our responsibilities and obligations as a member of the local community.
– We strive to create stable employment and faithfully fulfill our responsibility to pay taxes.

5-2 Respect local social and cultural characteristics and practice coexistence
– Respect the laws, culture and values of the local community and contribute to improving the quality of life of local residents.
– Promote sound social development through public interest activities in various fields such as academics, arts, culture, and sports.
– Actively participate in social service activities such as volunteer work and disaster relief.

5-3 Establish a relationship of coexistence and co-prosperity with business partners
– Form mutually beneficial relationships with business partners based on mutual trust and recognize business partners as strategic partners.
– We strengthen the competitiveness of our partner companies and pursue common development through legal support.
